Hi, I’m Clay Estes, owner and operator of Clay Estes Productions, a Maryland-based cinematographer providing film services dedicated to capturing authentic, cinematic video content.

My passion for film and video production began in my early teens when I started filming family gatherings and creating short videos with friends. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a lifelong pursuit of storytelling through the lens.

While still in high school, I interned at the Carroll Media Center in Westminster, MD, where I learned the fundamentals of video production—creative scripting, pre-production, and editing for community and educational media. After graduation, I attended Towson University to continue my training in video production and video editing, while also interning at WFRE Radio in Frederick, MD, producing video content for their digital platforms.

Shortly after leaving Towson, I founded Clay Estes Productions to offer professional video production services across Maryland and surrounding states. Since then, I’ve had the honor of working with many small businesses, collaborating with couples for their wedding videos, as well as, real estate, and athlete training sessions. With over 8 years of professional experience, I take pride in crafting personalized videos for businesses and individuals all over.
